Hello Will,
The best thing to do right now is to check "remember me" when you sign in. I know this isn't ideal for folks who are leery of checking "remember me" on a shared computer, and so, moving forward, we've identified this and other key sign-in issue as "high priority" in our development efforts. Work is being targeted to make sure session and log-in settings are preserved as members mover around the site.

Thanks for your question,
JP

Has anyone mentioned the problem of staying logged on? I log in, using my username and password. I jaunt off to reread one of Walt Crawford's excellent "Telling Your Library" columns on library marketing. I rate the article with 5 stars. Now I click on the link to another article in the series. I try to rate it too. Oops! I'm informed that I have to be logged in to rate articles. Well, I WAS logged in, just two pages ago! What happened? Very frustrating. Is there something I need to do to stay logged in?
