We are having trouble getting past the proceed to checkout or if we make it that far completing the order. It takes us back to the login screen.

Hello Chana,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please click REMEMBER ME when you first log in and it will resolve the issue. Once you have completed the checkout process, you can click SIGN OUT to override the REMEMBER ME option.
